Rude staff, applied for a loan through Dunedin as Kilbirnie my regular branch was busy the customer service was poor have since gone to Lower Hutt branch. Won't use Dunedin branch again

Rushed in here about an hour before closing for some urgent money. After filling out everything and listing a substantial amount of security I later realised they had decided to provide an unsecured loan and a very high interest rate. The loan was supposed to only be in my name but they wanted my wifes details for some reason and at a later date my wife was looking at her credit score and it seems as though they have listed her as a co borrower which we were both surprised to discover. At the end of the day we were in a rush and we should have read things more carefully but we did tell them it was only to be in my name. I probably won't use this firm again.
