Unfortunately, my experience with this accounting firm has been disappointing. Their rates are among the highest in HB, but the service has been far from professional. Working with Trish has been particularly frustrating, as she is often forgetful, requiring multiple follow-ups via email and phone just to get a response. I was only advised to pay my taxes when I specifically asked, which resulted in missed payments and penalties from the IRD. I would not recommend their services.
