Needed legal help, contacted them twice and the second time I requested a response. The receptionist replied, said my email was forwarded. Never heard anything back. Common decency dictates some form of reply, even if to decline to help.
Nathan Gray is a good lawyer.Highly recommended by our family. Our dishonest estate lawyer tried to take a $250,000 loan out of our estate by arguing that it was not documented(tough luck for the family) Nathan said that it did not matter if it was documented or not the estate lawyer was a witness to the loan and he could testify in court if needed. Unfortunately the law society standard committees/LCRO undid his good work.They accepted the estate lawyers false statement that he had no knowledge of any loan despite material and audio evidence.This case has prompted a review of the L&C Act 2006 which will hopefully protect the public better in future.
