As first home buyers we found Karrie to be an amazing Mortgage Advisor! We were buying a the low end of the market and with banks changing rules fairly frequently throughout, she supported us brilliantly. Navigating us through a process we were initially fairly clueless about, she was really good at explaining exactly what we needed to do. Because of the nature of my work, the fact that she was super flexible and allowed us to manage the entire process remotely was great. When it came down to the final process of buying a house she was with us every step of the way, helping keep our sanity intact! We were stoked to finally have our own home and so grateful for all the help. We've had some other pretty average advisors in the past but I'd highly recommend Karrie for her professional and caring approach to anyone looking to buy their first home.
