Terrible experience. Never going back. Walked in asking if I could get my nails done- was served by the female worker there and was told that I could get them done then and there. She proceeded to do my nails- gave me a really bad cut on my thumb while cutting my nails. And then midway through my service proceeded to leave my manicure and start serving another client. Waited for 40min, only to be told that I should have told her I was in a rush and she would have prioritised my nails. I wasn’t even told there was a wait! I would have come back later if I was told. She comes back to do my nails- does a terrible job adding layers and layers of sns powder and top coat- which doesn’t seem to dry and looks really bad. Overall the whole job took 3.5hrs! She even tried to overcharge me. Asked for the managers number - manager Hannah spoke to me - who did resolve the issue by apologising and said she has spoken to the lady and also reimbursed me. Appreciated this from the manager.

Super unhappy with the service i got. Way over charged for a job that wasn't done correctly. Haven't filled the tops down so they're flat, had multiple people working on me even tho i was the only customer in store at the time . Walked out with zero confidence hating my hands and nails more than ever. Won't be coming back. Super disappointed.
I take my daughters every xmas for our nails. Always great quality and service
Usually very happy with the output but had an average back fill with french polish so went to ask them to be redone or repainted. The outcome was an average paint job which they then charged me for. Won't go back.
