This salon is clean, tidy, and staff are lovely. Unfortunately my gel nails chipped and started peeling off after only 1 week of application. This has not happened before at other salons.
Excellent service as always. Saray and her staff are always very polite and I've never had any problems with them. I've been coming here every 2 weeks for nearly 2 years. Acrylic nails are always on point and waxing done professionally.
Good place to get SNS done, and reasonable, not many colour choices, although the nail lady was very rough when filing my nails and hurt my nails and fingers once colour was off. Happy with end result but wouldnt book here again
Unfortunately after the last visit getting a gel polish applied to my real nails (as I had done a couple times before that with you) on this occasion I noticed my nails were hurting which I've never had before so I gave it a couple days as advised by the lady only to come back and have the gel polish removed as it was still painful. Just to discover the damage done by one of your ladies OVER filing with your electric tool! not only did you take the polish off you took a few layers of my actual nail with it!! Which I'm sure your not suppose to do. You have now left me with very thin soft, brittle, damaged nails which I've never had in my life! The picture doesn't do it justice but very much still shows how damaged by the file they still are just over a month later. This is not okay!! Obviously more training is needed or ideally paying more attention to what your doing as I should not have had so many layers of healthy nails removed. I can not recommend your business based on this service.
Terrible, terrible service! I have spent hundreds of dollars there and got given a gift voucher to Saray. It was 5 weeks expired due to having a baby in SCBU and then the entire family getting very sick for literally 6 weeks. They would not honour the voucher. To me they lack care and empathy, it’s verging on stealing, they’ve had the money and won’t perform the service. I will never, ever go back there and would never recommend them to anyone! I’ve also been to Exotic Nails down the road, they are lovely, go there instead!
They don't use quality products. Bubbles appeared in my nails polish after an hour. Plus he didn't clean my nails properly.
Salon was busy, had appointment but still delayed 20mins b4 seen to. Job worse than hme job, acrylic nails too tiny around edges & crooked on real nail. Also left 2mm gap so bakfill wod need 2 b done sooner. Neded 3x layers of nail polish, still looked watered dwn on nail, which seeped in places. Nice 2 hear frm owner, but 1 nail fell off after only 7 days & my job does not allow 4 falsies, so wont b goin bak, altho staff realy nice, quality of work neds 2 b raised.
