I've struggled previously to find someone who can cut my hair properly to bring back the bounce and curl. Janette from Zealous did a great job and I'm finally happy with my haircut. I will definitely be back. Lovely friendly atmosphere as well.

I went their last time the service was nice around 9-10 months ago from Sophie. I went their recently again and I already informed them that my hair are long and they agreed to fit me in (wash and blow dry) but the service given to me by one of the ladies was really rude. :( Huge disappointment!!!
Lack of transparency for pricing up-front and hairdresser ended up doing other services I hadn't agreed to. I went in for half-head foils only and Natalie ended up doing Balayage which I wasn't aware of until half-way through my session. She only mentioned the pricing for the Opalex treatment, which I thought was only a little bit extra $$$ Ended up being charged more than double what I had originally expected, unless the pricing on their website is incorrect? My advice would be to ask for their services and pricing upfront when they keep recommending things to you, because there seems to be a breakdown in communication involved.

I just love their service and it was so professional. Everything was good and highly recommend this place for your hair done. And Sophie, you did a great job.
A truly excellent and professional salon, staff are friendly and helpful, giving good advice ensuring my hair was cut, styled and coloured appropriate to my age. I felt they listened to me and carried out exactly what I had asked for. Thank you Janette, you are worth your weight in gold.
