I brought & had delivered a lowboy & tallboy from Beds R Us Dunedin. The whole experience has been fantastic! Campbell in the shop was great & very knowledgeable about the products & the items were delivered promptly at the prearranged time by two very pleasant & obliging guys. They could not have been more helpful & went about their work with good nature! My house has lots of stairs but they were super careful about not damaging walls & the actual furniture as they negotiated two flights & their teamwork was impeccable as they worked out the best option to get the furniture up the winding stairs & into place. I would highly recommend this business, quality furniture & quality, knowledgeable & obliging staff!
Had a superb visit here! After going to a few other places to find a pillow and no luck, after 5 minutes at BedsRus I was helped by a gentleman with lots of experience, found the perfect pillow and was on my way! It was a game changer to be able to lie down on a bed and test the pillow too. Thank you!!

I brought my very elderly neighbours to buy a new bed, as one of them was in a lot of pain after a fall, and neither were sleeping well. I cannot praise Matt and the staff at the Dunedin branch highly enough. I won't go into the details, but they went above and beyond for this extraordinary pair of 90+ year olds. I know where I'll be buying my next bed.
If I had to say on a scale from 1-10 how good the service was here I couldn’t. Cause it would be an 11. Emma was so nice with guy ahead of me, he even was having a better time, so I knew my experience was gonna be good. It wasn’t. It was great! Beyond words what a wonderful staff works here and happy to be looked after by such staff! Go see Emma!
