Staff dont know about the vapes they sell. Never have stock, weeks on end of no pods or coils for the machines they stock! Absolutely piss poor place. Won't be returning

Shosha South Dunedin is my go-to place whenever I need to grab my favourite juice, pods and cool vases. The team there is super chill and helpful, and the store always has a great vibe. Parking on the main street can be a bit of a mission sometimes, but the back street parking makes life way easier—especially when you're just popping in for a quick shop. Honestly, it’s a solid little store with everything you need and more. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

First I got sold a faulty vape stick, fair enough it happens , not their fault, but when I originally got it I had asked if it was compatible with the tank I already had I was told yes I could use it it would be fine, then when I went back with the fault battery stick thing they tryed to blame my using a tank that didn't come with it even though I was told I could when I brought it , that's why I brought it, so frustrating, they still replaced the battery part so that was ok, but yesterday I went in to find out about replacement glass for one of my tanks and orthough I was concerned about the glass I got told to order and even rung them back up to confirm they insisted what they had told me in store was correct, when it turned up today it was the wrong size and have had to reorder but this time the size that I thought I was but was convinced by staff it was the wrong one , really frustrating as now iv worn the costs of an item I have no use for and deliver as they don't stock the glass ,
We went in to buy a first vape today. Didn't know where or what to start looking for but @JULIA was so helpful to us. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. Full of knowledge and a friendly genuine customer service experience. Thanks Julia!!!!!! You rock. Hope your bosses pay you well in reflection to your awesome knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Staff are helpful with their products and know their stuff. They followed the no under 18 rule with a friends daughter coming into the shop with me. Whilst I think this is a stupid rule considering they have big shop front windows lit up like a celebrity red carpet event, at least they follow the rules.
