A staff member was rude and very unhelpful when I called in at the end of October. The other staff member was dealing repeatedly with the same details on Milford Sound with a customer, seemingly oblivious to the fact there were three other parties waiting patiently. Two of us walked out in the end. I would suggest more training.

The friendly and helpful staff can provide assistance in making the most of your time in Dunedin whether you visit them in person or contact them beforehand, via email or phone. The information centre is centrally located in the heart of the city, so it’s well worth a visit to get inspiration for your visit as there are lots of resources and advice on offer.
This is where I bought ticket for guided tour on foot around Dunedin. Athol is a fantastic guide, very informative and friendly. He took us around so many focal points and gave history and accounts of so much, this gentleman has a wealth of local knowledge.
If you are not sure about anything during your trip, call or visit, the staff is very thoughtful and helpful!
They were in the midst of moving to a short term shop. Very helpful information and products. Staff more than helpful, offering stamp to go with the postcard purchased
Visited for some Dunedin infos & grabbed the souvenir coin.
Friendly staff. Plenty of information available for around the area. Quite a few things to buy (eg post cards, etc). Good place to find out what to see and do. Well worth a visit.
An awesome tour provided by an awesome tour company. A big thank you to our fabulous guide Sharon. Nothing was too much trouble and she looked after us really well. A very knowledgeable lady who is obviously very passionate about her work
