The driver was very well organized and efficient about loading the bus he was also informative about times and placing he was stopping. A very competent driver.

I love intercity travel, but sometimes finding a stop is a pain. For this central stop, there is no Countdown market, it's Woolworths. Also the K sign was bent and the intercity green sign was tiny. Walked by it twice thinking it was an ordinary bus spot but it is Intercity. Good central location tho.
The bus driver refused to let me on as my name was somehow not on the passenger list and told me to get on the next bus( which he didn’t specify when that was and was very rude) and told me to just call intercity. The lady on the phone said my ticket somehow got cancelled when I logged into my account even though I definitely didn’t cancel it. I didn’t receive any confirmation email that my trip had been cancelled so I had no way of knowing.
Convenient location right in the heart of the city. It is near Countdown and eateries which is handy for supplies or a quite bit. The bus is comfortable and checking in done smoothly and efficiently. Great for solo travellers and another opportunity to take in New Zealand's beautfiful landscape
Had a trip today and was appalled at my bus driver's behaviour. It was a 4 hr ride and I was very tired, 6:20pm when I got off. I waited patiently to collect my bag from the man as he unloaded them while talking to my mum as she came to pick me up. I thought I didn't see my bag so the man turns, notices me, and just stared at me and I politely asked if my bag was still there. He then starts to accuse me that I didn't tell him my destination at the beginning of the ride (I did tell him) and I even labeled my bag with my destination and name. Goes on to search for my bag with this grumpy attitude. My mum notices my bag was already placed on the sidewalk and me being half tired I said my bad it's this one. Man proceeds to mockingly shake his head and chuckle at me and didn't say anything while shutting the doors. My mum said "you have a good night mate" as she noticed he was in a grumpy mood and this man says "yeppp sure". Appalled at the behaviour. I understand it was my mistake for not looking properly but I was very upset and offended by this man's attitude. I'd suggest you hire people that can handle long rides and not be a d**k to people along the way! I hope he wasn't rude to anyone else along the way after I left. Very rude!!!
The bus stop is very conveniently located in the city centre, however for being such an important bus stop for both intra- and intercity travels, the seating is not enough. Other than lacking an appropriate amount of seating it is very pleasant.
Give Danny a raise!!!!! Best bus driver ever. Funny and kind and super helpful, doing his best with a busy schedule and not enough below-deck storage. Thanks for making the trip from Queenstown so enjoyable
Great location,lockers if needed and handy to Supermarket. Toilets would be good as the closest ones are around the corner at the main bus hub.
