   Trip to New Zealand - Australia from October 25th to December 10th. What a superb trip, magnificently organized by Antipodes Travel! Everything was perfect: the itinerary, the choice of hotels or bed and breakfasts, the suggested excursions, and the meticulously planned transfers! Camille organized a wonderful stay for us. Furthermore, when we encountered a problem (a car accident on the first day of our rental), Sandrine, the agency director, was an invaluable support.    Sandrine and Laurine from Antipodes Travel took care of the organization of our honeymoon in January 2023, and the result exceeded our expectations!! From the first contact, we were amazed by the attention and support given to our project. Very quickly, the teams came back to us with a very complete plan adapted to our desires (and our budget!). Everything was very well explained and summarized on a personalized site! Once our feedback was received, the program was then adjusted and corrected. The teams were extremely available to answer our questions and requests. As the trip drew closer, Sandrine and her team accompanied us every step of the way, detailing the steps to take to leave with peace of mind (and in good standing!). On site, we followed the detailed program on the dedicated site and application. Everything was carefully explained there and at no time did we find ourselves without knowing what to do. Sandrine and Laurine were also very available if we had any questions. All booked activities and program suggestions were still relevant, so we barely made use of the guide purchased before we left. Finally, when the ferry company canceled our tickets due to a breakdown, Sandrine and Laurine put themselves on a war footing and only had a rest when a viable solution was found. At that time we already had complete confidence in their management and that took a huge thorn out of our way, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Not only was the solution found arguably the best of the 100 plans discussed, but they also managed to negotiate with ferry, bus and car rental providers so that it didn't cost us anything extra. A masterstroke! In summary, we are absolutely delighted with our experience with Antipodes Travel and cannot recommend them enough. THANK YOU !!!
