Excellent to work with. We first dealt with Kelvin when looking at Apartments in Napier, we didn't find what we wanted on our first visit but Kelvin contacted us when another apartment came on to the market that he thought we would consider. Kelvin showed us through and spent a couple of hours with us, we had made our minds up from the minute that we walked in, that this was the apartment for us. Kelvin handled the negotiation process very professionally and was always available to respond to any questions we had. We were in a position to make an unconditional offer and were delighted when we won the tender. Kelvin was good enough to arrange for us to come up to Napier and spend a few hours at the apartment measuring rooms for a clearer picture of sizes. The owner of the apartment met us on site and was good enough to allow us to stay on our own for as long as we liked. Kelvin has been so easy to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble and he dealt very professionally with our broker and our Lawyer. We were very surprised and delighted to receive a gift from Tremains of a beautiful mohair throw - beats a bottle of champagne any day. Honest and professional. Kelvin has fantastic market knowledge and sales experience. He was always cheerful and patient and took time to explain what the best approach was to get the outcome we wanted. In a depressed market Kelvin used all his experience to get the sale. On top of Kelvins professionalism was the fact that he is very honest and a genuinely nice guy, easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Kelvin to friends and family.

Bev O’Keefe and Jackie Forsyth are the dynamic duo. They sold our property within a month using their combined powers of youth and experience.Having worked in real estate myself for a number of years we were particularly fussy about our choice of agent. I had a bad experience in dealing with Tremain rentals. I found the rental people unfriendly, inefficient and unprofessional. Please do not bother. Try others agencies or Trade me as I found them to be good and professional. I was looking a small rental property in Napier and a mutual friend who works for the real estate introduced me to them. My budget was actually way high above average. I filled all the forms and asked them to get back to me. I heard nothing after sending several emails to follow up. No response. After two weeks of chasing them with no response or acknowledgement, I took time off work and went to their rental office. The lady there was unwelcoming and started with: “Who are you?!” I explained that to her I have been looking for a rental property and I sent them the forms and I have waiting to hear from them. She said that they do not have any properties that match my needs. I looked at the board which showed the properties that they were renting at the time and there were at least three properties that were below my budget and could have easily fitted my needs. I said ok and thank you but I felt shooed away as I left. How bizarre. Try others agencies or Trade me as I found them to be good and professional. Cheers.
