   Sarah Knight and her team offer exceptional service to a vendor. The sale process is drawn out, naturally, as you are getting your home and property ready before you first meet with her for an appraisal, then preparing for photos and the video, maintaining things as you go through weekly open homes and frequent private viewings, to finally going unconditional and selling. Sarah was outstanding to deal with throughout, reassuring all was on track and explaining things at each step of the way. She had a great marketing package that worked and was worth every cent - I had lots of interest in my property and great attendance at open homes. Communications from Sarah and Rochelle throughout were timely and professional. Sarah was responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I always received feedback from open homes and viewings. Sarah is attentive, smart, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cares for you and your family. Sarah's assistance in talking me through the offers on the table at the deadline to ultimately get the best outcome of a successful sale was as she did everything else - operating with care and attentiveness.
