   Brayden helped us to sell our home in Napier. We enjoyed working with Brayden he was very easy to talk to and we felt comfortable during his presentation that we had made the right choice to go with him as our agent. He was thorough in explaining things and was always helpful when we had questions. We have busy work schedules so its not always easy to reply as fast as he may have liked, but he was patient which was a plus. We have asked him to sell our next property so that says a lot. We felt comfortable when it came to negotiations with potential buyers, in terms of what we wanted and didnt feel rushed. We got the result we wanted so that's the main thing, and Brayden was lots of fun along the way.
