Chantal was amazing - she was rushed off her feet however acknowledged us and got to us as soon as she could. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
As soon as we stepped in the door to The Tile Space we were warmly greeted and Chantal the Assistant Manager listened to our description of what we were looking for. She then provided very helpful different options of tiles that were to our taste. Also she was able to produce computer generated mock ups of our bathroom incorporating the choice of tile options we thought might work for us. In addition we were provided with samples of different tiles to take home to test in our bath rooms. Excellent service!
Staff at Tile Space Dunedin were great, patient, and helpful. They did understand what we wanted and it was not hard to find what we had been looking for for years in the vast and often unique range of tiles they offer. We are sincerely impressed with the quality of their advice. Highly recommended.
Great service and knowledge from experts which is needed as there is so much variety to choose from. Some lovely unique decorative tiles too can add a bit of originality. Adhesives and coloured grouts are available so you can get everything needed for your tiling project in one journey.
Awesome people to deal with great ideas with mix and match of tiles our kitchen turned out really funky and modern.
We had the best experience with the team at Tile Centre. We visited other stores but nothing compared to the selection and advice that Tile Centre offered. We are thrilled with our final result.
The showroom had a great selection of tiles which were very well laid out. The assistant was very helpful, greeting us when we came in, listened to what we were after, gave us some information of where to look and what to look for. She didn't hover but was available to answer questions and make suggestions which were helpful to us. Since then we have ordered our tiles and had good communication from them. All in all a good experience.
