   I purchased a sofa from Nood Dunedin and I’m extremely disappointed. I accepted their unpack and packaging takeback service, but was never told this meant the normal return and exchange policy would no longer apply. When I asked about a return, they said they’d only take it back as “second-hand,” meaning I’d get much less than the full value — even though I bought it brand new just a few days ago and I am still within their 21-day exchange policy. The most frustrating part is that I’m expected to pay for the return without knowing how much I’ll actually get back. They refuse to give even a minimum estimate, so I’m left taking on all the risk and extra expense just to find out. They advertise flexibility if you change your mind, but in reality that wasn’t the case. With a premium brand like this I expected to be happy with my investment and be treated well as a customer. Instead, the whole experience has left me disappointed and regretful.

   My wife was buying a table and chairs in store, accompanied by our new born in a carry pack and three year old. Our three year old suddenly needed to use the bathroom and the assistant was more than happy to help, until the manager came out and told them to 'jump in the car and go to the nearest BP'. This thorough lack of compassion and understanding mean that I will never shop at Nood again.

   Purchased some furniture today from Nood, Dunedin! Dave was excellent to deal with, the whole process was very efficient & he was extremely helpful as we needed measurements & had to go home to check. Would definitely recommend. They had a great choice (we thought the most extensive in town for what we were looking for).

   Walked in and purchased a sofa on sale, over 60% off from the original price. Received help from lovely staff in store who let me mix and match soft furnishings to see what would go with the sofa. This is the second time purchasing an item from Nood Dunedin and each time I have experienced wonderful customer service. Cheers

   Weird shop. Go in to buy a sofa and table because they are having a sale. Seems you need to be a member of their club to get the discount so I went to Farmers instead. Non sale pricing is overpriced. Update: eventually bought a sofa from them. I confirm the colour at time of purchase. But they still managed to send me the wrong colour…
