   About 40 years ago I was looking for a leather lounge suite and despairing that I would find it. I figured it would probably have to come from Italy. But I kept looking, mostly in the NZ Herald. One day I saw exactly what I wanted in a rather small advert placed by a retail furniture outlet. I knew it would be hard paying for my suite but I went ahead and was surprised and delighted to learn it was made in New Zealand. I am now getting them to make a footstool that I hope will help with keeping my feet from swelling. I am so glad they are still there, despite Covid.
