Stayed here half a dozen times for a staycation with my wee family , it hubby with the boys And it’s lovely, heated pool, Tracey is amazing makes the boys feel super special every time .. Tracey deserves a big fat payrise and a massive shout out .. Can’t wait to stay here again
We love staying here! The rooms are always clean, the service is great, and the location is so handy. It’s super family friendly, the kids adore the pool, playground and games room. Always a comfortable and easy stay for us. Highly recommend!
Our room was clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities for a easy weekend away. Tracey was welcoming and check in was smooth. The guest book with local recommendations was very helpful for two out of towners.
We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights over Christmas 2024, and it honestly turned out to be the best Christmas we've ever had. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The facilities were fantastic, especially for our children – plenty to keep them entertained and happy. The BBQ area was a highlight, and the outdoor furniture setup was just perfect for celebrating Christmas Day as a family. It really created the ideal atmosphere for a relaxed and joyful holiday. The rooms were lovely – clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. And the service? Absolutely top-notch. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Thank you so much for helping us create such a memorable Christmas. We’ll definitely be back!

What a great place to stay. Very clean and Tracey is a wonderful host. Nothing a problem. Great facilities for a family holiday. Pool, spa. games room. BBQ and a lovely garden setting outside each room. Would stay here again and recommend it. Comfortable beds too with a good size bathroom and everything we needed in the kitchen too.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Colonial Lodge Motel in Napier with my Family and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a comfortable, clean room. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic amenities offered by the motel. The pool was a great place to cool off and relax, while the spa pool provided the perfect opportunity to unwind after a long day. The game room was also a fun addition, with a variety of activities to keep us entertained. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was also top-notch and I appreciated the attention to detail. The location of the Colonial Lodge Motel was also convenient, with easy access to the local attractions and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall AMAZING! I highly recommend the Colonial Lodge Motel to anyone visiting Napier. The combination of great amenities, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff make it the perfect place to stay. amazing accommodation plus spa and pool.the gaming zone, etc. facilities are really good. very neat and clean as well. amazing holidays place ever. staff is really good and very helpful as well.
