   Overall, I give a massive and earned 5 stars to this place. I was here during a work trip for a week. While I was out at work, the place was cleaned while my valuables were still in tact and untouched. I really really really appreciated this service. They also have lovely staff. Would probably book again if I came here for a holiday trip.

   We were grateful to get a place to stay arriving in Napier late but had it been earlier we would have left once we entered the room. It smelt of stale smoke and that smell was ingrained into everything. So horrible to breathe in all night. The shower had a hole or something glued up and a plastic bath map covering it. Room was cheap which wasn't the reason we stayed it was more we were tired after traveling and the reviews were good but now I have to wonder where those came from or did we get the worst of the worst. Get what you pay for at the end of the day. Needs a good make over

   Clean & tidy. Shower over spa bath was tricky getting in and out of for the less agile. Handles on the wall would be great. Quite a big step outside our unit, again a bit tricky for the less agile or the older person. Comfy beds, lovely linen.

   I had a fantastic experience staying at Bella tuscany motel . The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with several dining options and attractions nearby. For the price, the quality of service and accommodations exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay.

   We had a lovely time there. The manager was very helpful & friendly. Also the cleaning staff were great. Our rooms were clean as and fresh. Thank you heaps for a great stay. We will be using this motel again.

   Good reception staff. Nice tidy room and comfortable beds Enjoyed the room right by swimming pool. Good air conditioning in lounge-nothing in bedroom but they accommodated with electric fan once requested. Was disappointed that spa wasn’t working in room as that was our main highlight-informed we didn’t work it properly which Im sure that wasn’t the case. Cleaning lady in morning came in room without any warning-she did apologise but then still put cleaning equipment outside our door.

   Booked here for my family and we were really impressed. The rooms were absolutely lovely and freshly painted. Awesome art work and the rooms were large and spacious. The water pressure was amazing and we loved the fact the kitchen had an extractor fan. Would definitely book here again!

   We only stayed one night but were very impressed with everything. Large comfy bed - good shower and great use of space in unit - lovely clean compact kitchenette. Very warm friendly welcome - will stay again.
