   Its just "ok". Tired. Only there for 2 nights and was issue free. However I was expecting room service and set the sign up to indicate it was required, but no that didnt happen. Bed was comfortable, but bed sheets no longer crisp white, graying. Carpet needed cleaning. Shower over bath, no curtain or safety rails to hold on to when climbing in out out. Ample water pressure and hit water. As I indicated its tired and needs a make over. For the price good value.

   Would NOT even give this a one star very DISGUSTING! received a txt that our room was ready, went to our room was not even cleaned, bed was messed up stains on the bench towels on the ground and smelt gross! Was hard to get hold of anyone, finally got a new room was smaller, pubic hair in bath tub, hair in the beds, towels and bedding had a very bad odour smell just all round DISGUSTING!! Still charged us the same price for the upstairs bigger unit we booked but gave us a smaller unit on ground level when we asked about the price was not helpful and gave us a whole lot of lies and would not adjust the price accordingly WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!!

   When I arrived to check in for my booking today I was dismissed by staff saying my booking had been cancelled. However I didn’t cancel my booking and had received no communication that it had been. The lady serving me was not very helpful and was dismissive, she advised that I just need to contact my agent (I didn’t have one?) and that booking.com had emailed to cancel, we didn’t book through booking.com and was very confused. Even if this was an honest mistake by outside people the person serving me was not very apologetic or helpful in fact came across as rude and dismissive telling me to just download airbnb to find somewhere to stay because they were fully booked. I’ve never received such dismissive service before from hospitality staff. Very frustrating and disappointing and will not be back. Also stay away from booking.com and algotels if you want your money stolen.

   I highly recommend don't booking this motel, reception is bad service, nobody clean the toilet, nobody vacuum and change rubbish bin. The internet only provide 5G no matter you booking how many days.
