Superb service and Ski our driver was perfect. Accommodated our wishes to a T. Our trip from Napier to GodsOwn in Maraekakaho and back was so much fun and the delivery and pick up of our group was handled perfectly. I’d highly recommend both Bay Tours and Ski.

Disappointment deluxe. I went to a lunch. The food at the hotel was excellent. But unfortunately the lady opposite grumbled at what was a good meal. The conversation was boring. And there was a display of complete rudeness during the lunch. I saw them all at a show last week and no one said hello. I was then told on Friday I did something wrong. I do not like being accused of something I did not do wrong.
Such a brilliant experience with Kerren and Ken. So professional and super friendly. Couldn't do more for us. If you want your trip to go smoothly and hassle free, choose these guys. Thank you!
After a week of rain we were gifted a day of sunshine with Niki to go visit the local wineries. Although the wineries were fantastic the real ray of sunshine was Niki. She went above and beyond with our tour, providing great commentary, side routes so we could see more of the countryside and even took us to an additional winery free of charge. If you’re ever in Napier I strongly recommend the tour, well worth the trip. Thanks Niki!!!
Where do I begin? I guess at the beginning. From the very first contact by phone I was so impressed with the level of service I received. I spoke with Bianca and unfortunately, the tour we wanted wasn't available on the only day we could go. We did exchange some emails and when we discovered that the tour wasn't available Bianca said to me, 'leave it with me and I will see if I can magic something for you'. Well, magic something she did. She put together a tour that took us to a couple of really lovely wineries and finished off with a craft brewery. Mark was our guide and right from greeting us at the door and throughout the whole tour he was a fountain of information about the area and the wineries. He took us to some lovely wineries where we sampled some gorgeous wines (I think you would be hard pressed to get a wine that wasn't gorgeous in NZ). Mark went out of his way to find out what we liked and then proceeded to give us a wonderful experience with this tour. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous day. Both Bianca and Mark are a credit to the company and they both went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. We were there for my Mum's 92nd birthday and she was impressed from beginning to end. Thank you both Bianca and Mark and rest assured, we will be back. Jazz, Jackson and June
