    Phoned early Tuesday morning, ordered and PAID for thermal rolls. Explained that they were urgent as on the last roll now. They said they'd check with the courier and ring me back which they never did and now it turns out that they were never sent. Their reason for not sending them was because I paid for them instead of having them invoiced to me. Asked them to call the courier and tell them it was urgent, but they refused. No apology either. Disgusting service
