    My friend went in for a WINZ quote today, the staff were very rude, speaking down on him, speaking of him having to use a green payment card. Shame on your staff, For making him feel belittled and worthless as a person, You don’t know what someone is going through, you don’t know their situation. I have spent the past 40 minutes messaging with him to keep him calm. This week is suicide prevention week, their behaviour can be very detrimental to someone else’s mental health. Your job isn’t to judge someone, and I’m damn sure it’s not to make another human feel worthless. Do better, and if you don’t like your job then leave. Very disappointed!!! If I was with him, I would have made sure he took his business some where else, but lucky for you’s his quote was granted and he made the purchase anyway

    Only person in the store and was ignored by both staff members. Tried to make themselves look busy by stacking shelves. Wanted to buy boots so kind of needed their assistance. Typical of Napier retail staff

    Good products but went in a couple of weeks ago to get a box of nitrile gloves, the man behind the counter followed me into the aisle and stood over me like he thought I was a thief as I was getting the box. Dont really appreciate that and probabaly wont go back.
