Unhappy customer I order and paid for a bath, fittings and liner because I was told it will take 2 days. This was last Monday! Ring 2 days later get a txt msg to say it will take 4 working days. Ring back following Monday left voice msg get a txt to say no news yet. I asked for definite answer. Get txt saying bath and door on the truck will be here Wednesday, liner Thursday. Wednesday txt asking for progress. I receive a txt saying no truck arrived yet. I ring shop numerous times no response so I go into the shop. No bath and no door but the liner is there but no offer to take the liner. After asking them to follow up with the bath and door it still in Auckland ready for next truck delivery. Oh that is what they texted me on Monday it is now Wednesday and now they cant confirm if it coming tomorrow or Friday. I would prefer a phone call rather than txts making up excuses for the delay or dont sell something that you no cant deliver in the timeframe you gave.
