   I spent over $300 at La Vida Nails with my niece and daughter and left feeling like I hadn’t even had a pedicure. The service was rude and showed no care. The polish wasn’t the problem — the buffing and foot work was. Dead skin was not removed properly, my toes and heels were still peeling, and one leg was rubbed while the other was ignored. Aside from painted nails, my feet did not look like they’d been to a salon. This was especially frustrating as I paid around $90 for my pedicure alone. I don’t usually complain, but when my family commented that my feet looked like they hadn’t been touched, I went back to show them. I was sat down to have them redone and then ignored for 15–20 minutes. After already spending two hours there earlier and having to return again, I left frustrated. Only after I asked for money back was I reluctantly given $20 — no apology, just the manager arguing that I had “only paid for an extra buff.” I spent $90 on the pedicure, over $200 on additional services, and still have to pay another salon to fix it. This business clearly lacks genuine care for its customers. I do not recommend La Vida Nails and will not be returning.

   Absolutely LOVE Jen. She is amazing. I told her I was under pressure with a timeline. She was so gracious and kind and nailed it. Even got a bit of bling. The salon is great and they are popular for a reason. Thoroughly enjoyed myself

   I booked in for a build-a-gel, but after I had already paid, I was told they were too busy and could only do a regular gel instead. The lady came over before starting the gel process, apologised, and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the gel, skip it altogether, or come back later. I explained I couldn’t come back later and would rather have gel than nothing, but it wasn’t what I’d booked for. I requested a refund for the manicure since I didn’t receive the service I paid for, but I was still charged for the gel, which I wouldn’t have booked otherwise.

   i have been coming to la vida for about 4 years now and i have never had a bad experience. the ladies go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience, and each time i leave happy and satisfied. i can’t ever see myself going anywhere else!

   First time getting my nails done here, i won’t lie i had trust issues at first i was nervous they were gonna turn out bad but i was so wrong. I love these nails and i will definitely recommend this place for anyone that has never had their nails done but always wanted to try!
