I had a wonderful experience at Urban Retreat today. I received a full body massage from Olivia, which was truly exceptional. The staff were friendly, courteous, and created a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a rejuvenating experience.
I love this place! The staff are so friendly and so talented at what they do. I've had my hair cut here the last few times and they really care about what suits you and work with how your hair sits and flows. Great at suggesting products for maintenance and very accommodating if you find it's not quite sitting how you thought it would! Have and will continue to recommended them to everyone!!
Recently had my ball makeup and hair completed! Perfect, the care they went to to ensure that the shade match was perfect and consistently check my hair and makeup is exactly what I want! 100% recommend, they take amazing care with you with anything you want to be completed!
I went to urban retreat for the first time to get my hair colored, a facial done, and an entire ball do-over! And I felt so comfortable the entire time. They give drinks and sweets while waiting for your hair to be done.
I just love the experience I receive everytime I go to Urban Retreat! The ladies are all so professional, friendly, fun and very experienced as hairstylists. I'm always satisfied with my style and colour. A relaxing environment being spoilt with a hot beverage and a treat to eat while I wait for my colour. I feel lucky being a customer at this salon!
These girls are the best. Myself and my son have been coming in for our man-cuts religiously for years, my wife gets hers cut and coloured, and they are absolutely brilliant with my daughter's long curly hair. And it helps too that they know exactly what I need to get my wife for her birthday! So friendly. Brilliant.
I cannot count the number of times I get asked who does my hair. After relocating from Auckland I was extremely skeptical about finding a hairdresser who could do a good blonde, and also cut curly hair. The team at Urban Retreat are fantastic - they take time to truly listen, and I always walk out feeling fantastic. Highly recommend Lydia & Cheryl!
