I have been coming to Hair at Henderson for over a year and this would have to be the most professional, experienced and down to earth group of hairdressers I’ve been to. Highly recommend the girls at Henderson to everyone. I’ve been coming for hair cuts and balayage for a couple of years now and have converted my mum and friend to come here too…my friend said she had never before found a salon where she walks away feeling so in love with her hair. My mum has short fine hair and I have a lot of long hair and Charlotte cuts both of our different styles so well!
I recently walked into this salon for a consultation, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I entered, the staff was incredibly rude, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. They claimed to be "blonde specialists," yet one stylist couldn't even articulate how she could help me reach my hair goals. Instead, she tried to pass me off to another worker who was equally unfriendly and outright said she had to "think about it" before deciding whether she wanted to do my hair. To make matters worse, they spent ten minutes behind the desk, acting like they were fully booked, only to casually mention they could fit me in ten days later. It was clear they just didn’t want to deal with me. This felt disingenuous and like a complete waste of my time. Honestly, if the staff's own hair doesn't look good, why would anyone trust them with their own? If I could give this salon zero stars, I absolutely would. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Save yourself the frustration and find a place that values its clients!
Absolutely love this salon! So clean and relaxing, both Crystal and Rochelle are very friendly. I walk out happy every time and love the Blonde work Crystal does on me!! Highly Recommend

Picked this place from reviews on Google and was so glad I did! Had a fantastic cut from Katie who took ages fixing my disastrous holiday hair and gave me a great cut and style. She paid such attention to detail and I am really delighted with the result. Great value for money and highly recommend.
