I got married in Napier a few months back and needed someone to do my hair for the big day. Kelly was awesome - we did consults by video, exchanged pictures, and she went with the flow on the day to make everything as chill as possible for me and my family. Her callout rates to do the hair at my accommodation were very reasonable given her skill and the number of people in my family who wanted to make the most of her services. The quality of the styling and her exceptional service made a big contribution to how good I felt on the day, and I'm so glad I have pictures to remember for years to come! It's only a shame I live out of town, as I'd 100% go to Kelly again. Thank you!
Had a wonderful experience with Megan today. Not having had a hair cut in nearly two years I was a bit nervous but she listened to exactly what I wanted, made sure I was fully aware of what she was doing. I had the utmost confidence in her and she gave me one of the best haircuts I've had. Great chats and such lovely staff. So happy with the result and will definitely be returning!
My teen daughter has very thick curly hair that is difficult to manage. Kelly spent plenty of time listening to her carefully, and gave her a beautiful cut that looks amazing. She gave her lots of management advice, and some product samples to try. Such a positive experience for a young girl to have someone pay attention to her wishes and leave her feeling confident. We will be back!

I went twice to this salon for the same hair cut based on pictures taken from different angles 2 years ago. First, I had a good experience with warm stylist who gave me a good cut and made sure I was comfortable thorough my visit. Second wasn't enjoyable in the slightest. Stylist was 20mins late, started washing my hair with cold water until i raised it, and was quite rough while handling me. I had shortish straight hair but she managed to hurt me several times at the basin and while styling it. She also had long pointy nails and scratched me (still sore next day). I didn't leave with the cut I wanted despite showing my pictures multiple times. I wasn't offered a drink at anytime either. I definitely didn't get the 'pamper' I was looking for, having had to organise babysitter and driving to Napier. Still, I give it a 3 stars to reflect my first good experience too.
