I had my hairdresser cancel on me last minute before a wedding, and Kylie saved the day and squeezed me in between her other appointments. She did a fantastic job with cutting my curly hair, gave me great advice on how to keep it looking nice and healthy, and gave me bouncy and shiny curls all ready to go to the wedding. I’m giving two stars because I’ve heard the other staff are great, especially Joe and Rachel but I called to see if they had any availability thinking they might not because it’s last minute and that is totally fine. But when I called the store, the phone was answered by Kylie and the entire conversation was incredibly unprofessional and just straight up rude. When I asked if she could let me know if Joe and Rachel had availability, she just laughed then said “no i don’t think so”. She then moved on without explaining why she was laughing and it really made me frustrated. After that, her tone was incredibly blunt and unhelpful. It made me not want to go to this salon, despite it being strongly recommended by family and friends.

I cannot express how absolutely over the moon we were to walk into this salon yesterday. My partner and I were heading to a wedding and needed a last minute hair cut for my partner (while I wanted a cheeky trim and straighten). We walked in and we were welcomed with open arms!! We were not only blown away by how welcomed we felt but also the service and conversation!
