Needed to book in my car because the AC wasn't working. Got booked in, then dropped off the car in the morning, got it looked at, recharged, and was able to pick up in the afternoon. Great service, will go back again if I need any electrical or AC work done in the future
Labour weekend 2025 I brought my Toyota Estima workhorse down from Auckland to Te Hauke to do some work on a family gravesite. Coming back via Napier my battery light came on so I pulled over and called AA who promptly turned up and diagnosed that I had a faulty alternator that would not make it back to Auckland. I called Aaron up on Labour Day public holiday and he not only answered the phone but also, even though he was very busy, managed to fit me in the next day and repair my vehicle that same day. Absolutely 5 star Aaron thank you very much.

Was In the process of selling my car however, the day of hand the day of handover the engine light came on, unfortunately it was an ECU issue. I delt with a guy named Cole and he was fantastic, great service and communication, plus was very considerate to not recharge me on repeat visits due to suspected fixes (which didn't turn out to fix it, hence no repeat charge). Would definitely recommend these guys!
