   I ordered food through their website, waited for it to be ready, and arrived at the store just to find out they're closed. On Google it says they're open, and on their website, too. I am absolutely appalled by this. Safe to say, I won't be ordering again. Spent 50 dollars for nothing. I never write reviews because I find it a waste of energy, but this has wasted my time and left me incredibly hangry.

   Ordered garlic naan and onion bhaji for pick up. Receive plain naan, which was not great quality compared to other indian places, both in texture and size. Onion bhajis were good, but sauce very watery.

   WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ordered a dish I had been getting for years and it was a completely different dish in flavour and colour. Took it back to try to resolve the situation and they made out that it was how they’ve always made it or that I was confused with another dish. Then the chef came out and got aggressive. Will never order from this place again. Such a disappointment. Not sure if they are new owners but it definitely was a different experience to the previous dealings over the years.

   Used to have good food, and the only downside was not enough rice... The curries used to be the best I've had in Dunedin. Quality of the food has changed. Last time I was there the chilli or spice in my medium strength curry was not mixed properly. So the first half of my curry was plain and the second half burnt my tounge and had me not able to stomach food and be close to bathroom for the next 12 hours.

   Best Indian in Dunedin, we have been getting takeaways for years from Zaika and it’s always soo yummy! Never had a problem, only tonight I got home and realised our drinks weren’t in the bag, I phoned and they said we will bring them out to you straight away! I was expecting have to drive back so thought wow what amazing service! You don’t get that from many businesses these days! Soo appreciated! Thank you

   Without a doubt, the food was delicious. However, despite ordering the mild version of curries, it was a little too hot for us. I'd still recommend it if you're looking for some delicious Indian food.

   We've ordered from here multiple times and never had more than a 15 minute wait for AMAZING Indian - as good as we ever had in London, Chicago, Sydney. We plan to work our way through the menu, everything has been so good! The prices are great and the service is lovely. It's authentic so ask for mild if you don't like it too spicy...
