They must not know how to turn a fridge on why the drinks warm ? Disgusted
No ingredients book at this subway so couldn't get anything for my daughter. Quite disappointing for this age and time. Most other subways have them.
First of all, the attitude in this store is filled with arrogance. Staff may want to do some training in customer service. Simple basics like a please and thank you and hello with a smile goes a long way! Ordered online for some weeks now and pretty much every time something is wrong. Not toasted, no sauce at all, onions instead of carrots.... You name it! Not sure what can be so hard to follow simple instructions. But apparently it is. Usually I'm not commenting on this kind of thing. We are all humans and making mistakes. But this is now every week something. Only consistency is the attitude. It's something I guess.
Ordered a footlong subway filled with meatballs, topped with fiery, hot sauce and Subway salad mixed with teriyaki chicken was tasty. First time tasting salad and it is really worth every penny.
Staff need a bit more training I reckon. Bought two toasties, the girl making them went to put the cheese on without even spreading out the garlic aioli. She had to ask the other girl how long to put them in the toaster for. Then when she took them out they were still not toasted so I had to ask for her to put them in again. For some reason she only did one toastie at a time too so while one was cooking the other was left to go cold on the counter. Once the other was ‘done’ she then went on to do my partners toasties, leaving mine on the counter to get cold. It’s painful having to watch people struggle to do such a simple job. Banging my head on the counter would’ve been more enjoyable. Sort it out
Went to Sunday at about 3.30 5/08/23. The food was fine but the service was amazing, I didn't get her name but the young woman working there was so lovely! She was very bubbly and friendly
The staff member who served me was very professional and friendly.
Staff doesn't read orders properly, doesn't follow instructions, regularly gets the order wrong, regularly leaves items out of the order, no one seems to care, waste your money at another location
Food and service is hit or miss, usually a miss. Management has a stingy attitude.
