Fabulous pizza we ordered the Italian & the meat lovers plus curly fries with aioli. They were all delicious & we had a lovely booth. The restaurant is underground & had a really great vibe . We all loved it & would definitely come back . Thank you for the great service too
Stopped in and had great pizza! The crust was the perfect amount of crusty and soft. Unique pizza flavors and toppings available. We didn't need a reservation for a table for 3 but I could see times where maybe it makes sense. This place is downstairs so may be easy to miss. It adds to the 'subway/train' vibe.
Nice underground bar, big place. The food there is average but the atmosphere is good and the price is relatively attractive
Good food, great service, and a fun vibe. Highly recommend the four-cheese pizza, and the billiards and music selection offer even more entertainment beyond your meal and drinks. The staff here were also extremely personable and fantastic. Strongly recommend.
I rarely post anything negative as I beleive that every once and a while things can just go pear shaped. However the night I went here with family and friends we left underwhelmed and my wife was ill for the rest of the night. It may not be connected but gluten free may have been a better choice. When we left I tried to split the bill with our friends and it seems we were both charged the full price. When we questioned it we were told it was correct. We both where embarrassed by the response so left still questioning the cost. $65 each for a total of 2 pizzas, 2 alcoholic drinks and one soft drink and water. The food and drink was certainly not worth $130. A very disappointing end to what was a brilliant day.
I don’t often leave a review but this was such a terrible experience I was compelled to make the effort. TLDR - a 1.5 hour wait for ok pizzas with burnt edges and a masterclass in how not to do customer service. I’m pretty sure you could go anywhere else in Queenstown and get a better meal and staff that remotely care.
Absolutely disgusting service - we had a booking for 7:30, finally got asked if we wanted to order at 8, before being told the kitchen wasn’t taking any food orders? I now understand the reason for the previous negative reviews. AVOID GOING HERE all costs! So many other incredible places in QT with actual service and good food.
