   I’ve been coming here since I was about 5 years old (I’m now 21). The food has always been delicious, with good portions, great flavors, and amazing service. Unfortunately, my experience today was nothing short of terrible. The girl serving us was nice—no complaints there. But when my partner and I got home and dug into our crunchy chicken rice balls, we found only two measly pieces of chicken inside a baseball-sized ball of rice. The crunchy chicken on rice had hardly any sauce on it (I understand the cost of living, etc.), but the chicken itself had an awful, off-putting seafood taste and was completely inedible. I’m honestly crushed because this place used to be amazing. Come on, guys—please step it up!

   I had good expectations of this place, but recently it’s been appalling. My workmate brought some crispy chicken on rice a couple weeks ago and the chicken was pink so she threw it out, I should have remembered as I made the mistake of buying the same item and consuming it now i’m enjoying this lovely food poisoning. Absolutely disgusted.

   Had sweet and sour pork with rice and salted fish and chicken fried rice, a sushi rice ball and a sushi plate. Big portion of food but they didn't taste good. The dishes were overpowering. The chicken meat in the rice ball were dry.

   Disappointed with the food quality and the unfriendly owners or maybe Asian employees working here. We ordered a Bibimbap and a spicy chicken savoury for lunch. Besides big portions the food didn't taste at all. Bibimbap is about vegetables cooked ahead with light soya sauce and sesame oil and not just a fried egg on top of salads, meat and rice. It was totally disappointing meals and the chicken savoury is even worst than the KFC fried chicken. This place is not a Japanese restaurant, as it tries to be, but rather a poor Asian fast food place.
