   Ops kitchen is a very nice place. Service was great and food came quickly. The pork, coriander and cabbage dumplings were delicious, and the popcorn chicken was amazing I loved both the sauces used in the chicken and dumplings. Would recommend.

   Today I was more than dissatisfied with the service I received. My two toddlers only ever ask for Ops kitchen when we head to the Sunday market because they love the dumplings. They selected what they wanted, paid for it themselves and waited patiently for their orders. They did grab chopsticks each for themselves (yes they know how to use them) and I had asked that they grab me a pair also. When doing so they were scolded which caught me off guard so I approached the tent to collect our food and was then told myself they shouldn’t be grabbing them to which i replied they are paying customers and need them to eat just like any other customer. As my youngest was dancing (not touching anything but the table) the chef continued to give her a glowering look. Now I understand we have our bad days and this is the first time I’ve ever received this type of treatment from Ops kitchen (whom I’ve been a loyal customer to for many years) but this type of aggression towards customers especially young children is not ok. If the negative exchange was kept to only myself I would have looked passed it but because you directed your negative energy towards my children I cannot which is why I’ve written this formal review / complaint. I do hope this never happens again.

   Holy moley these are good! Made fresh on the spot with the kindest of service from Op herself! Served simply with some Kewpie Mayo and fresh, crisp chilli sauce.. Nomnomnom! I just fell off my seat! In the heart of Havelock North, you can’t miss it! I’m sitting outside in the sun chilling after a big day. Thank you Op for your most delish food!

   Delicious, fresh, yummy kai and friendly staff. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that I couldn't get a receipt easily from their system. However - they have rectified this already so I bumped it up - definitely going to come back. Just make sure to ask for your receipt at the time of purchase (not like me - arohamai).

   Very nice pork dumplings but the ramen is not that good. The broth is coconut milk based rather than miso. Doesn't taste like ramen.
