   I had my car repaired recently. The service was friendly, very efficient and of high quality. I have really appreciated how they communicated through each step with sufficient information and transparency. The repair was done (much) earlier than expected. They are true professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent planel beater.

   I've dealt with this business many years ago (panel & paint jobs on various vehicles that have been dinged), but hadn't had occasion to pop back until recently (last few weeks). From the first experience (Christine on reception / phones), through to Steve (assessing damage etc) - the service and customer experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Steve has gone out of his way to talk me through the process, arrange loaner car, sort out a couple of other issues with my car etc - nothing's been a problem, in fact Steve's handled with extremely good humour & professionalism. Just outstanding. Anyone writing dodgy reviews about this business are talking through their backsides, as there's just no way that the staff don't provide awesome service and results. Even the young guy today who popped over to touch up a couple of paint areas on my car was a pleasure to deal with, and extremely obliging. 10/10 all round great place to deal with, I'd recommend them to anyone.

   Poor workmanship and extremely rude we are not happy with the job and the way the car was returned to us. They lied and made things up to get out of fixing there mistakes. He is to hard to deal with so now we have sent the car to another panel beater to get fixed properly i highly recommend not using panel plus it will save you stress and money to take your car elsewhere

   Strongly Recommend!! I have had some bad luck by others driving into my cars so I have used them a couple times and I will always only use Panel Plus. When you arrive, you are met by a friendly team and accessed quickly to get you going quickly but getting the all the info they need. They provide tidy clean loan cars that are not breaking down. They do their best to get your car fixed as quickly as possible but with quality work. I strongly recommend these lovely people as you wont go back with any problems.

   These guys done an awesome job on my Holden! The job only took a couple of days and my car came back looking better than before! Plus it was cleaned inside and out! The lady in the office was really friendly and easy to deal with and is just the great sort of person you want to have assisting you. Also really appreciate the fact that Panel Plus had tidy and reliable courtesy cars to loan out while my car was off the road! Overall the team done a fantastic job, the staff are great to deal with, and I'm really happy with the result of their work! Cheers!
