Go anywhere else. My family ordered some custom landscaping stuff here in November. We agreed to the quote; over the next week they said they had laid the mold, and we arranged for a pre-Christmas delivery. Apart from a few texts saying they'd call us back no one would answer the phones after this. At first we thought 'okay, they're probably just busy and low on staff. It's a post COVID world'. By the end of January we were in a time crunch, and tried ringing every other day for maybe three weeks with no one picking up any of their listed numbers. No one returned our messages or answered any of our emails, so eventually we drove the hour down to New Brighton. When we got there they said they were open but no-one was there who could unlock the warehouse. We asked if we could wait, and were told it would be hours. We asked if we could set up a delivery later that week, and were told no one was available to help but that they would make sure someone got in touch ASAP. Two weeks on this has not happened and they still haven't picked up a single call. If I hadn't seen the building with my own eyes I'd be convinced this was a fake business.

Placed an order with this company and the lead time we were given was 2 - 3 weeks. 3 Months on we have still not seen our order. When we call up to see where our order is we are told it should have left and they would call back with an update. They haven't called back once. Our project has come to a standstill waiting on these products! Very disappointing. Update: Supplier claims freight was care of buyer. This has not been communicated to us at any point.
