   Lovely subway lunch at Shirley shopping center in Christchurch today . Super relaxing . Easy walk to store from carpark . Professional service , great food , lovely music. I will recommend everyone to stop and enjoy their break anytime . I will definitely come back

   Ordered through the app for pickup. When I got there I was not acknowledged nor served quickly even though I could see my order in a bag behind the counter, the only one there. The sandwich was incredibly smushed, with the chicken filling sitting on top of the bread practically. It lacked sauce, cheese, and what little bacon there was (paid extra!) was so stiff I couldn't chew it and had to throw it out. The cold drink was put in the bag next to the sandwich, leaving a cold spot. For the price, you would be better off getting a burger.

   Excellent customer service with some light humour And. Fast and efficient. There appeared to be a new staff member on the till which was confusing to say the least and over charged us even though another staff member had helped. But hey new staff need a chance to learn to listen. Still a 5 star regardless

   This has been my subway for 7 years. Tonight is the last night, I will use this or possibly any subway. I would have put a 1/4 of a star if I could. This is the most pathetic thing I have seen. $17.30 for this slop is a rip off.

   Often find it hard to breathe in store. And like I need to cough. Even though I’m not sick at all. (I do walk here from home, for about half an hour, if that makes a difference?) staff don’t like me waiting outside till they are ready for me to place my order for some reason - my only complaint. Food is great. Store is clean. Never have to wait long. Thanks for being an affordable place to buy fast food with veggies :)
