   everything is great, the one woman with black hair that everyone else seems to mention is in fact moody and gives the ick. After leaving this review, I have considered going under witness protection.

   The service was very poor. No animated questions or engagement from the lady. The food was absolutely tiny portions, didn't ask if we wanted a combo. Would never return.

   I visited this branch to grab dinner for my kids, and the customer service was appalling. The staff member serving us (with black hair) was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we approached the counter. I understand that serving children can sometimes be a challenge, but there is absolutely no excuse for the way she behaved. She repeatedly sighed, rolled her eyes, and even glared at my kids throughout the order. Items were slammed down with visible frustration, and her tone of voice became more unpleasant as we moved along the line. When I politely mentioned that she should try to show more patience, she simply rolled her eyes at me again, which only made the situation worse. What shocked me most was when I asked to speak with a manager, and she informed me that she was the manager herself. In my opinion, no manager should ever treat customers this way. Leadership positions should set an example of professionalism and respect, not display hostility. This is not the first time I have witnessed this type of behaviour from the same staff member, which makes it even more concerning. I understand that people have bad days, but customers should never be made to feel uncomfortable, especially families with children. I strongly urge the owner to address this issue immediately, because customers deserve far better treatment than what I experienced. Unfortunately, after this visit, I won’t be in a hurry to return.

   Service and Atmosphere was good but the food was not up to mark. I ordered Garlic cheesy Toasty and I got very less cheese. It was like eating bread that's it. Not recommended

   Very disappointed. 5 of us ordered sandwiches, 3 of them had things missing. 1 had completely different sauces added which the person is actually allergic to. Very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again

   only one word coming out of my mouth is disappointing. I had ordered a veggie delight when I received my food the warping was extremely messy, when I opened it up half the filling fell out of its bread. The bread seemed very squished. This is most probably the worst experience i'v had walking into a subway.
