Just wanted to give a word of appreciation to the two girls working tonight at 6.00pm - by the looks of all the receipts they had on the counter - they had a tonne of online orders to do - on top of the customers they had to serve in-store. Regardless they still got my order to me in good time. Thank you so so much for the great service!
Came in 10th August for cookies around 4pm, I was told they had a deal of 3 cookies for $3. After getting me to repeat what cookies I wanted 3 times, the lady left the till to ask someone in the back something for a minute, there was a couple standing waiting to be served too. I then saw that she was charging $3.50 and tried to pull my card away. When I tried to bring it up, she cut me off and told me to try again. I know 50c isn't that much but when you're struggling with money it can be a lot, and I didn't like being lied to and dismissed. Not sure if I'll be coming back again. Ended up being overcharged.
The two ladies who served me on Tuesday evening, thank you very much for your kindness. After an emotionally challenging day, I was grateful to call in at Subway Ferrymead where the food was prepared well, and tasted delicious.

The staff are horrible, very rude and pretty much threw my order at me. They made my food an hour early and I couldn’t pick it up until after an hour, the food was awful and I ended up throwing it all away after one bite which I spat out.

Very bad customer service food is good and fresh but run out of bread and communication wise they are worst and rude.
We have been getting great service here by their friendly team, Kane has been great and the wraps have been awesome.
Shocking service. I walked in while 3 teenagers stood around talking instead of serving. Only to be greeted with "what can i get you" no smiles or Hello. The workers looked miserable and management need to work on teaching their staff what good customer service looks like. He also tried to put 3 pieces of tomato in my sandwich that had the sepal still on them. Not sure why they weren't removed first because no one wants to eat these. I was about to walk out by the time I got to the end of my order but I chose not too. Absolutely disgusted at the service.
