Popped into Muffin Break and had such a great experience. The latte was smooth, perfectly made, and really hit the spot. I also grabbed a muffin – fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. The staff were super friendly and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Great coffee, tasty treats, and superb service. Definitely coming back!
Used to love this place and purchased coffee almost daily but today I went and thr girl just stood there staring and didnt serve us for a while. She had a cleaning cloth in her hands and proceeded to drop it and handle our food. The coffee tasted terrible and was too hot. Asked for muffin to be heated with butter...it wasnt heated when given to us, no butter or knife included. Then I watched her scraping dry coffee grounds off the bench into a container with a spoon and put it aside. I hate to think... won't be going back.
Muffins were good, ordered 2 smoothies that were so bad we threw them out - one smoothie had the consistency of water and had way too much syrup in it, the other looked like a slushie and only tasted like milk. Considering we waited 10 minutes for them we’re pretty dissatisfied.
Thanks to the wonderful friendly woman who made us a couple of tasty milkshakes. They were yum!!!
Coffee is always amazing. Though because I ordered coconut milk with Mt mocha they made 5 other people's coffees before mine. Took 15 mins to get a coffee because of this. When they are normally pretty fast. The coffee still tasted amazing. This review was redone... because not only from this. But for their $5.30 lollycake. I'll attach photo. It was the smallest piece I have ever had from a Cafe. And I only get lollycake from cafes. This however made me want to not come here for it in the future. Which removes my need to come here.
They served my food on a dirty plate, my scone was very dry and stale big waste of food and money because I didn’t end up finishing it. The service was quick but i could tell it was very rushed
Always great service at Eastgate Muffin Break, that is why I keep coming back. Great staff, always willing to deliver my mocha and muffin to the table
Great standard cafe franchise as far as it goes for mall setting. Very friendly staff and good seating
Brought a cheese roll and coffee. Coffee is always great, cheese roll not so good was flat and a massive burnt bit stuck to it. Nowhere to show a photo of it on here
the loveliest lady served me, we had a short but genuine conversation. Their muffins aren't only their strong suit I had a quiche and it was so good!
