   Replying to the cafe, the reason for one star is when I went there with my friend, the staff didn’t really care to serve. It was quite a first time visiting a coffee store that serves more than just espresso drink and would love some suggestions. We were just standing there confused since there weren’t much explanation in the menu (or maybe we overlooked it?). The staff was kinda cold. She didn’t really say hi or offer to help so we just get a basic flat white and left :) It might be her bad day but as a hospo worker myself it felt quite awkward when a service provider acted like you were a burden to them.

   Absolutely love this little gem so underrated, has to be one of the best if not one of the only brew bar coffee focus outlets in town. You can always guarantee to relax here and sip on something new and interesting - always experimenting with different single origins. Great crew & food options too.

   So good to find a gem like this place that really cares about making an excellent cup of coffee. I've noticed that pour over is difficult to find while traveling in NZ, but I love how it really lets the flavours of the beans really shine. I was lucky enough to be able to have a pour over of a lovely gesha varietal, which can be pretty rare and was even able to buy a bag of the beans to take home with me. If you are a coffee lover or just looking to try something new don't skip out on this place, they really know their stuff!

   For not having a kitchen, this lovely team do a great job of cabinet food! So many other places would've wrapped it in a serviette and chucked it at me. Welcome was very pleasant, atmosphere warm - 'cos it was cold and drizzly outside! I'm excited to discover this little gem and will be back again.
