Complete home recarpet failed. 6 months in, carpet pulling and lifting. After a long wait for a sample sent away we were told, there is no fault in the product. Sadly the new carpet looks old and there is nothing further we can do or is on offer to fix the situation.
Our flooring was installed seamlessly and the service and quality is the highest standard Installers were fantastic, worked in with us and our dogs So good to deal with on all levels from purchase to installment Could not be happier with our result as the Coretec flooring has transformed the look of our home
Carron (Hamilton branch) was fantastic to deal with. She had excellent knowledge and recommendations that would best suit our space and needs. We chose Coretec Moraine- and it turned out beautifully! It has lightened the space and is much easier to keep clean (rather than carpet with a baby). The communication from Carron was exceptional throughout the process and Darin was meticulous with the installation. We are really happy with our new flooring.
I feel compelled to share an eye-opening experience that has shifted my perspective on honesty in the trade industry. It's common to hear claims of honesty, but my recent encounter has me questioning the true definition of this term. Dealing with trade professionals now demands vigilance and prudence. In the quest to address issues with our planks earlier this year, I engaged with carpet court many times. A promising start led me to believe they were on top of things. A top installer, was sent to inspect the planks, with the promise of an honest assessment. He mentioned that some planks were under building tolerance and some required replacement, reassuring me that the necessary action would be taken promptly. Installer even expressed frustration with delays by Carpet Court in addressing such matters. However, the plot thickened. After weeks of waiting, I contacted Carpet Court only to be told that Jennian was already in the loop and discussions had taken place. This baffled me. Carpet court asserted installer’s reputation for honest assessments, yet the facts didn't align. It left me grappling with the essence of honesty itself. Transparency is crucial, and I believe it's time to set the record straight. Our prior conversations about the planks and carpet issues are essential considerations. Trusting verbal assurances no longer seems sufficient; it's imperative to document everything and even consider recording conversations to maintain clarity and accountability. In essence, my experience has underscored the necessity to be diligent, to have everything in writing, and to seek transparency from those who claim honesty. It's a lesson learned the hard way, but one I feel compelled to share to help others navigate similar situations.
My new Coretec flooring looks incredible! So much warmer and quieter, the difference is amazing. Carron was so helpful in the showroom, and the installers Alex and Vlad from TS Flooring did the rest. They were punctual and professional, and left the place clean and tidy. Can't be happier with the finished job!
Incredible service from start to finish, Rachel was quick to respond and organize the quote which was a very fair price, Allan and John who were the installers were on time, very lovely and easy to interact with, not to mention they did the carpet in record time and to the highest standards. 10/10 all around:)
We recently built a new home and obtained a separate quote from Michelle Weston at Carpet Court Hamilton as a comparison with the usual supplier our building company uses. After viewing the plans, Michelle, suggested we consider using one of their carpets that is manufactured in 4m wide rolls instead of the conventional 3.66m rolls. The benefit to us was less joins in our living areas and high traffic spots. Pricing and carpet quality was comparable to the building company quote but the layout plan was far more practical. The carpet layers did a great job and we are very grateful to Michelle for the 4m wide suggestion. Progress photo below with feature wall paper.
So very thrilled with the whole team at Carpet Court. Jessica was amazing, she made choosing our Vinyl planks easy. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys that came and installed them were so very professional and the end result is stunning. Just could not be better.
After sales service was terrible. The product itself and contractors who installed were amazing. Was given the wrong colour flooring (minor difference so we arent too upset as it still looks good), they didnt seem to care. Major difficulty separating clients hence the confusion. Kept sending us invoices with wrong name or addresses on.. even after I requested them to be updated. I wouldnt use them again.
