Would give zero stars if it was an option. Ordered three meals for a quick dinner on the way to an event. Came into this shop and was treated poorly with full silent treatment and sullen disinterested face by girl on counter. I say girl because she was not mature enough in attitude to be a "lady". Acted like snotty petulant moody teen towards polite customer thanking her for the food. I don't recommend anyone come here and be ignored and given death stares. The young lady needs to be retrained or put in the back kitchens if she wants to not engage in a basic capacity with customers. Spent nearly $40 to be treated like rubbish and it actually ruined my entire day.

Most of the time they do a pretty good job, so I won't complain too much. However, today I had a lot of trouble with them getting my order correct. I asked for extra cheese and they never put it on the screen. Then they asked me if my order was correct. I said no and told them what wasn't correct and asked to get it added to my mcmuffin (a second girl was at the window who hadn't taken my order at the drive thru originally) and she genuinely asked me "what muffin?"... I feel like that is a lack of common sense, how can you ask a customer "what muffin?" after they've ordered one that is clearly on the screen that you just asked me if it was correct or not. Then she didn't add my onions and pickles to the mcmuffin (no idea if you can, or not, but they never said anything to tell me that you can't, so they have no excuse) on the screen, so I asked again and they ushered me along without confirming the pickles and onions, which I had asked for 3 different times at this point... then I checked before I left and, lo and behold, what is missing from my mcmuffin? Pickles and onions obviously. I don't get it - why are you bothering to ask if my meal is correct if you have no intention of listening to my request? I said the order 3 times and the clearest response I got was you asking me "what muffin?"... that is not good customer service. You shouldn't hire people if they are so slow that they have to ask a customer "what muffin" and have no idea what's going on. Furthermore, I shouldn't have to ask for the same thing 3 times and still not get it. Very annoying.

This Maccas has left items out of my drive thru orders so many times, so Ive become the person that checks before I leave the window to make sure everything is there (sorry to the ppl waiting). Imagine my surprise (or not) when I open my big mac to see it has no top bun. You folks need to look at the quality control going on in your premises. Needless to say I will NEVER go back. BK Linwood never gets it wrong, just drive the extra few minutes and save yourself the hassle.

I usually don't have an issue with this McDonalds. But sorry today was just not it: when you order a large fries and the sleeve is so empty you start thinking you would have gotten more from a small or medium... there is an issue. I asked the lady at the counter if she could top it up, and she said "no but we put quite a bit in there alrzady, they just fall at the bottom". Like I haven't eaten enough McDonald's in my life to know what a large fries is supposed to look like? Sorry but no, the sleeve is supposed to be full. Photo attached.

All of us had sore and upset stomachs after eating here. They say it can take up to 36 hours and were trying to shift the blame from their food. Won't return and oily food. Would you like fries with that?

Hardly ever eat McDonalds but when trying to get a quick bite before golf for 3 of us this was a big miss. 20 minute wait in drive through to get very dry McMuffins with no sauce, overcooked and put together with little care. Hot chocolate May as well have been a cold chocolate milk. Donβt expect perfection but should better this.

Good was actually fresh last visit here. Unfortunately staff still have no customer service skills, are rude and unhelpful. It annoys me these people have jobs and they don't know what customer service is, when I know people who would be so grateful for a job and provide decent customer service. Ungrateful brats are working so many of these front of house cashier/order taking jobs & they think they can talk to customers like C**p and it's ok. I feel like I am an inconvenience to them, by just buying a meal. Disgusting really.

Went to the Ferryroad McDonald's and ordered a Chicken Mcspicy. To my shock I didn't recieved a chicken burger but a beef burger.

This is a picture of my "The Boss" burger which I waited 20 minutes for. Beef was dried out and cheese was congealed together. Hardly any lettuce, no onion, no tomato and no extra pickle which I ordered. Only 5 nuggets instead of 6 and the coke is pretty tasteless (syrup needs changing over). Fries were alright. Pretty much my worse McDonald's ever and I've had a few shockers in my time.
