   Went in on the 8th of August to get a battery and bottom firing speaker replaced had a brand new 2 week old OLED screen on my phone, when he replaced the parts in my phone he damaged the screen and was a green line going down the screen he told me the screen wasn't connected to the logic board properly but got halfway home before i properly checked my phone only to find it had a very poor quality LCD screen on it which was also installed very poorly and then charged me $70 even though i ordered my own parts for them to install not happy at all with the quality of service from the Morrinsville store

   I went in and requested help placing a screen protector on my new tablet. He did it perfectly, and then when I asked how much, he asked for nothing. I insisted a half dozen times that he accept payment, but he still said no. Due to his professionalism, customer service, and skill I would recommend the ITKing to anyone in the area of Morrinsville needing IT services.

   brought a iphone in about a year ago came back worse than brought in then recently brought my Xbox in to be repair what should have taken a couple days ended up being 6 weeks terrible customer service when they gave it back to me still wasn't fixed I ended up fixing it with a YouTube tutorial do better. don't come here.

   Took my iPhone 14 in the guy in the shop was vaping inside and I said I only wanted the battery to be done and they told me $400 for the glass and battery witch is only probably $60 in parts as they are not genuine apple parts then I said I will probably just not get it fixed as I have another iphone that I certainly will never take to them again then he called me back 5mins later and said $300 witch I was ok with as apparently they have a refurbished phone with a back glass they will use but that was also a lie as the back glass is brand new because the back glasses have sealant around them to stick witch would almost be impossible to take it of with out breaking it and he also told me over the phone that the phone does not work without the back glass witch is a another lie as the back glass is just for the magnetic charging and since I’ve had the phone back when I go on the camera the phone starts buzzing and vibrating but as soon as I go off the camera it stops I would not recommend using these people as it probably only costs a extra few hundred to get genuine apple parts and it done correctly

   They damaged the screen of my phone and didn’t say anything. The screen wasn’t even replaced properly and was sticking up in one corner. When another company did the repairs they noted it was already damaged. Company refused to repair it and blamed me for it saying that they told me they were going to break it when they did not. They are extremely rude and not upfront about prices or damage they do. Steer clear.

   Thought I'd give fixing my phone a go instead of buying a cheap replacement. All the ones in Hamilton quoted me between 350 - 450 which was way too much, but IT King Morrinsville quoted me much less then that. They fixed it in a few days and my phone feels like brand new! Awsome work and will definitely come back here again for future repairs.

   Don’t even waste your time had an iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced the home button fell out then the bottom of the screen wasn’t even attached to the phone had a massive gap…. $150 for this went back in and the guy said it’s because the screen got replaced… I have a refurbished iPhone and it’s not like that come on!! Won’t be back if you can get to Hamilton they do a better job and half the price!
