   DO NOT BOOK HERE. Booked in for an appointment online for 345pm. Turned up early and waited in queue and behind a gentleman, he was spoken to and the staff went back to their client that was getting hair coloured. I waited another few minutes and was then seen. (This is all fine) I was then told that they were too busy to cut my hair and that i was 3 minutes late for my appointment and she would not cut my hair. I told her i was early and had been waiting for 10 minutes to be seen, she then told me i could wait until after 5pm and was offered no apology. Just accused for being 3 minutes late. Thanks for wasting my time and offering extremely poor customer service.

   If I could give a - star rating I would I hope this serves as a warning to future customers: the quality of your services is severely lacking, and it seems profit is prioritised over proper care and attention My mother took him in yesterday, despite my concerns about your salon’s reputation. I am extremely disappointed with the haircut my child received from your stylist Instead of a simple trim and tidy up, his hairline was severely altered, and an angled line was cut at the back of his head

   Take my wife in there for a dry cut. Traveled across town for it. All she wanted was her hair shortened to shoulder length and fringe trimmed. Get turned away because they don't have a stylist. It's just a bloody simple cut. Why even take appointments if you can't even do that. Terrible

   Booked online for hair colour and trim. Got Tamzin, so happy I did. Lovely lady, very helpful and I liked that she took control and suggested the best option for the colour. I am very happy with the end result. Very happy :)

   Booked in for foils and a blow wave but the chick couldn't be bothered styling my hair. When I asked if she could straighten it she said "no I'm finishing at 6". She also left me with wet hair freezing for 15 minutes while doing another client. Was very rough I now have a headache. Knocked me a few time didn't apologise.
