   Went to get my hair cut here & they told me 20min wait ended up being 90mins….when asked for layers JUST at the front to frame my face, she then continued to cut around the back looking like she was just “hacking” it off. Come out of the appointment and the back of my head looks like the top section is half shorter than the back section !! Not blended or anything even tho I was very specific with what I asked for. Don’t recommend going ! Not worth the money. Hopefully my hair grows back ok

   Mum used to go here and was happy with the job service she got I have since been twice and also very happy with the cut I received both times from a very nice Asian lady. She recommended the Justice Sea Salt Spray and I love it. Have run out so I will be back for more. Thanks guys :)

   I love that you don't need an appointment you just walk in, they listen to your request and advise if required, professional and not arrogant, not loud or unpleasant, very polite and helpful, love the way the hairdresser cut my hair with minimal fuss or drama thank you love it

   Shocking, the fact you refuse to engage in negative feedback and offer dissatisfied customers refund for a service they're not happy with which is by nz law their right, shows whats a terrible business owner you are. Its called justcuts so your hairdressers should be relatively good at haircuts since its all they do.

   I was very disappointed with my hair cut with first recently. I have been seeing first because I thought he was good which he is. But last week I got a bowl cut hair cut frm hell. I'm very disappointed. I will not be returning to just cuts.

   I had the man with tattoos last time that was lovely went in to get a cut and the lady said i can't grow my hair cause its to thin and made me feel so ugly and like there was something wrong with me i am on heavy medication and im coming off it due to loosing hair and i no i have finer hair but the way she made me feel and i was already having a bad day made me feel broken i cried in my car once i left cause i struggle with my hair even if she had of said it in a more positive way instead of making it sound like you're hairs no good i would have been ok with but not going back again to embarrassing and my confidence was knocked for a six also she had the cheek to try sell me products for my hair after telling me all this

   Superb service today from Akiko, I think her name was? We came in for a boys cut and were also offered a lightning bolt design. We came back later in the day for a girls fringe cut, and Akiko finished it with a side pony. So both times we got extra good customer service. My kids were super happy with their haircuts. Thanks!

   Terrible service. The guy that cut my hair was fast and rough, clearly wanted to get out of there as it was approaching closing. I had a stamp card I'd been filling in for a couple of years, finally had enough a free hair cut, when I went to use it the girl taking payment didnt say a word or even look up, as though I was some sort of bum, don't have a loyalty program if it's not cool to actually use it?! Now that my card has been used I'll be going elsewhere
