   Myself and my girlfriend had a great experience today visiting to get some bikes from this shop. The staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful, and spent time with us choosing the right bike and accessories for us. They were also extremely friendly and chatty. We got a great deal, and excellent bikes and accessories which we are very happy with. We got a good warranty, too, and they made sure we knew if we had any issues we can go back. Excellent service, highly recommend to anyone looking for a bike in good condition and of a very reasonable price!

   Cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I flew into Christchurch for a bike packing holiday and they had a great selection of reasonably priced bikes. They modified one for me overnight and were set to buy it back at the end of my holiday. Unfortunately it was stolen the night before I was going to set off, and Around Again Cycles was so generous - they gave me a deal on another bike and got it all set up in a couple of hours so that I could start my trip that evening. Made some great memories on that bike. Highly recommend Around Again Cycles for purchasing/renting/servicing, they're fast, capable, well priced, and just the nicest guys around.

   Purchased and paid for a brand new crankset and bottom bracket from these guys. Took 3 days to dispatch when other shops dispatch the items within 1 business day if item is in stock. Of course they cheap out on freight by using Aramex who has no idea where my parcel is. Definitely would be advising people to think twice before buying from a business who send orders out with Aramex. I've paid for a product which I haven't received and they won't even come to the party and provide replacement parts as a show of good faith. Not happy, have also involved Trade Me about this as they have breached the terms of service on Trade Me. This bike shop also likes to insult people who leave negative reviews. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Also would be advised that you answer the phone and resolve this issue. The items have been redirected to you guys. Furthermore this is a clear breach of the consumer guarantees act and fair trading act. Also slandering people is illegal in this country. Unfortunately I don't know how many different ways I can explain to this business their information is incorrect. They claim that NZ Post has my item but the evidence I have states otherwise.

   I was visiting Christchurch from San Francisco and intended to ride into the Port Hills for a day. I found Around Again Cycles on Google Maps. I liked the store concept - giving bikes a second lease of life and augmenting income by renting the used bikes for sale. I contacted them via email on their website, to which they were responsive. I stopped by the shop, and they fitted me with a great road bike, shoes, and a helmet. All for a great price with the option to return to bike the following day if I ran late. I had a great ride up Dyers Pass Rd to Sign of the Kiwi Cafe, across Summit Rd to Transmitter Station, down Gebbles Pass Rd to Lyttelton, then to Sumner Beach. Tip for tourists: Do have the date scones at the Cafe, and don't ride through the SH74 tunnel in Lyttelton! When I returned the bike, I bought pedals and shoes for a fair price.

   My wife and I bought two commuter bikes about 7 months ago and couldn’t be more happy with them. The selection of quality bikes and various price points truly was impressive. They have the best price and quality I’ve seen in Christchurch. But the honestly and integrity of workers left me even more impressed. I ended up damaging my bike after 6 months of commuting and have just taken my bike in for a tune up and repair. Again, I was taken care of and paid half the price I was expecting. Once again, the value for the price is simple unmatched. Very grateful for the people at Around Again Cycles.

   HORRIBLE RUDE RIP OFF SCAMMERS AND UNFORESSIONAL i sent a email asking about a cheap second hand crank arm as my one had the treads buggard they said it would be $15 to replace i took it in then when i went to pay they charged me over double what they quoted!! i showed them the email but still wouldnt budge and they took my bike as hostage till i paid the extra $18! this is not on rippibg people off is not a good look and after about 30 mins of mucking around at the back the guy came back and was very rude i will not be going back here again very and verbaly abused me i gelt so low they are rude and unproffesional id look else where be warned!

   I’d had my Raleigh Trail hybrid for 30 years and knew very little about modern bikes. So I went round the bike shops building a picture in my head of what my next bike might be. Some places gave me lots of information, some were particularly helpful but none demonstrated a love of bikes like these guys. I would completely trust them to provide me a great bike within budget.

   Just bought 2 bikes from this business. Our first visit was to check out the shop and see what we would need and were impressed with Leyroy and his help in our choice. Next visit was to buy and again personal service and help from Shannon to complete the sale with tyre choice, locks helmets and racks. All work done quickly and professionally. Thank you Shannon, we are very pleased with your support and the quality of bikes.

   I used their brilliant deal where you buy a second hand bike from them and then return it at the end of your holiday (almost 3 weeks) and they buy it back for half what you paid. The bike was brilliant in very good condition and allowed me to explore Christchurch with ease. My fav place has to be Bottle Lake and the forest tracks. I didn't use the bike on a bus service but a friendly bus driver let me take a photo of my bike on the bus to show friends back home, what a fab way to take your bike further afield. Richard York UK
