   I want to be fair here but I usually order meat on chips large and the ratio from chips to meat is most of the time good but the last 3 times it's been like 15% meat 85% chips. If i'm paying nearly $30 I'd expect more.

   What a shame. This used to be the best in Christchurch, but the standards have dropped significantly. I have been twice recently, and both times the food was not fresh. Meat was dry and old. They refried old chips, so they were also dry, chewy and overcooked. I actually watched the lady put chips that had been sitting out, already fried back into the frier. This is an absolute no no, and she never be done. Food safety and hygiene has also got bad. I suggest closing off the chilling compartment where you keep the salads and sauces, or install a fly catcher. Either way, I won't be back. Used to be a long time customer

   Not even worth a 1 star review. Avoid at all cost!!! Ordered via Uber and we did not get what we ordered. I went to exchange the food and the place was an absolute shambles. Seriously concerned about their food hygiene as well. Note to the owner: We have bought directly from this shop over the past few years and this recent order was not up to the usual standard. If you don't have the staff, don't accept Uber orders. Focus on providing a good customer service.

   Ordered from Uber Eats! Arrived stone cold soggy and the Garlic Narn tasted stale. I mean I shouldn't have had to microwave my food!!!! Portion size was alright for me. Look at how soggy the packaging is. Tried getting a refund through Uber eats but was unsuccessful:( food was okay after reheating. Was very tasteless tbh
